One –off grants of up to $10,000 to assist young people with disabilities aged 18 – 65 years who are living at home and are at risk of entering aged care facilities. Grants are for essential support items such as hoist, speech recognition devices, respite care and renovations.

Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme – MASS- Ph (07) 3136 3636
Provides funding for aids and equipment for eligible Queensland residents with disabilities. Includes communication, continence aids, daily living aids, medical grade footwear, mobility aids, orthhose, oxygen, and spectacles.www.health.qld.gov.au/mass

Home and community Care –HACC Program- 1800 052 222
